Dissolution of Mandala
This refers to the ritual of offering the mandala sands to the nagas performed in relation to the sand mandala dissolution during the concluding ritual on the last day of the sadhana or the great self-initiation.

The Ritual says, These colored sands blessed by the Buddha, subsequently offer them to the naga king and his subjects. With great respect inviting them to their dwelling, may it bring great benefit.
To the countless creatures residing under the ground! May there be timely rainfall in the three worlds! May the excellent resources of grains and so forth always increase! Thus, as it is said, offering the colored sand to the nagas, it will pacify the sickness and sufferings of those evil nagas and territorial deities and bring them happiness. It will bring immense of benefit to other countless creatures and pacify naga diseases such as leprosy caused by the poisons of the evil nagas and territorial deities. In short, it helps to bring rainfall in time, always bring good harvest, pacify the natural calamities of frost, hail, and so forth, pacify the sufferings of depravity, bring abundance of resources, and increase well-being, happiness and auspiciousness.
