His Eminence Jhado Tulku Rinpoche is one of the most highly respected masters of the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. He was born in 1954 in Kongpo, Tibet, and was recognized at the age of three as the 6th reincarnation of the Jhado Tulku, a renowned lama from Jhado Monastery in Chamdo, Tibet.
After leaving Tibet in 1959, Rinpoche completed his studies at Sera Jey Monastic University, where he received the Geshe Lharampa degree, the highest scholastic degree in the Gelug tradition.
From 1997 to 2004, Rinpoche served as the Abbot of Namgyal Monastery in Dharamsala, the personal monastery of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. During this time, he also assisted in special state rituals and tantric ceremonies held for the welfare of the world.
Rinpoche is widely admired for his deep scholarship, gentle compassion, and precise ritual mastery, as well as his ability to teach both traditional monastics and modern lay practitioners with great clarity. He has taught extensively across India, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Upon arrival at the monastery, he will be conducting all the teachings for the entire month.
尊貴嘉道仁波切簡介
尊貴的嘉道仁波切（Jhado Tulku Rinpoche）是格魯傳承中極受敬重的上師之一。仁波切於 1954 年生於西藏工布地區，三歲時被認定為第六世嘉道祖古（出自西藏昌都嘉道寺的著名傳承）。
1959 年離開西藏後，仁波切在色拉傑大寺完成學業，並獲得格魯傳承最高學位——格西拉然巴。
1997 至 2004 年間，仁波切擔任達蘭薩拉南嘉寺（尊者第十四世達賴喇嘛的寺院）之住持。其間亦主持並參與多項為世界福祉而舉行的國家級與密續法會。
